PAYMENT BALANCE PROCESS(补款流程)
Whatsapp update customer stock arrive(whatsapp通知到货补款)
Balance order pay in 7day(7天内补款)-->Stock ship out(产品发货)-->Confirm stock arrive(确认收货)-->ORDER COMPLETE(完成订单)
Balance no pay in 7day(7天内未补款)-->2ND message message remind(第二条信息通知)--->No respond and make payment balance(信息没回复也未补款)--->Order cancelled deposit forfeited(订单取消订金没收)

 
PRE-ORDER TIPS 预订小贴士
1.完成预定：预定产品支付的订金只是产品的一部分，到货还需要支付尾款，才算完成购买，并发出产品，如果您事先为预订该产品，擅自拍下补款，一律不发货。
（PRE-ORDER COMPLETE):Deposit is not the total price of the product,when stock arrive customer need to make payment balance,after that stock will send out.If customer pay payment balance without deposit the product early,stock will not send.
2.定金不可退:由于是预定产品，一旦顾客支付了订金，即订单生效，无法接受任何形式退款或交换要求。
(Deposit is not refundable):Because of the item is pre-order,once deposit is paid,order is successful,deposit will not refund or exchange to other items.
3.发售时间:产品发售时间仅为官方预估的产品上市时间，可能会由于到货时间，到货时间会收到官方延期，代理延期，海外，物流等各方因素造成延迟，恕不接受由此原因申请定金退款。
(RELEASE DATE):All pre-order product got a specific offcial release date,product might be delay to arrive due to official delay,distributor delay or kastam,shipping and etc,deposit will no refund in this case.
4.补款通知：产品到货后我们会通过whatsapp通知顾客补款，补款期限为通知之日起7天，如果顾客在7天内未补款和没任何回复，我方会放出第二条信息通知，如果还是没有回复和补款，1天之后补款则视为放弃，定金也不会退回。
(BALANCE PAYMENT NOTICE):When stock arrive,we will whatsapp customer for balance payment,the deadline of payment is in 7day when we send customer message,if in 7day no respond or payment balance is made,we will send another message,if still no respond or payment,after 1 day,order will cancel and deposit paid early will be forfeited.

补款通知须知（Disclaimer)
本店承诺使用whatsapp或短信通知顾客补款，除有特殊约定外，一旦买家未按约定时间补款，订单将会被取消，定金也不会退回和更换其他商品。
We promise the balance payment will send via whatsapp or sms,if customer failed to pay during the specific time,order will be cancel,deposit will no refund or exchange to other items.

配送及收货(Shipping)
1.本店合作快递公司主要是是Posstore/POS MALAYSIA.(We are using courier service Posstore/POS MALAYSIA)
2.盒子有可能会在运送时间损坏或者压伤，本店不能保证顾客能100%收到完整的盒子。
Box of the figure might be damage or dented due to shipping problem, we cannot guarantee you will get 100% perfect box.
3.发货时按照补款顺序随机发货，不挑盒子，不能保证八角尖尖等情况。(Stock send out is follow by the sequence who make balance payment first,
Box condition is randomly,we cannot promise the box is perfect)
4.关于预定运费的说明，都是不包邮的，到货还需要补款和运费。(Pre-order product all is no include postage,therefore you need to pay balance with postage when stock arrive)

售后详情(Customer Service)
1.本店保证售卖的产品都是正品从代理商进货，如果模型有任何上色瑕疵或任何损伤，本店一概不负责。
We ensure all the products we sold are authentic, therefore if figure got any paint chips and other defects problem we will not responsible.
